Affiliate Program Terms

1. Joining

Participation requires an approved SNG account and acceptance of these terms. We may refuse or end participation at our discretion.

2. Commissions

2.1You earn the commission rate shown in the affiliate dashboard on the first paid invoice of a new customer who signs up through your referral link within the cookie period, unless the dashboard states otherwise.

2.2Commissions become payable only after the customer's refund period has ended and the payment is final. Refunded, charged-back, fraudulent or cancelled orders do not earn commission, and paid commissions on them are reversed.

2.3Self-referrals, referrals of existing customers, and purchases by your own accounts or associated persons are not eligible.

3. Payouts

Payouts are made by the methods and above the minimum amount shown in the dashboard. You are responsible for taxes on your earnings.

4. Promotion rules

You may not: send spam; bid on "SNG Hosting" or similar brand keywords in paid search; use misleading claims, fake coupons or discounts we did not approve; impersonate SNG; or use cookie stuffing or other fraudulent techniques. Violations forfeit all unpaid commissions.

5. Changes and termination

We may change rates or these terms with 30 days' notice. Either party may end participation at any time; earned and approved commissions are paid, except in cases of breach or fraud.
